Coaches usually seek inspiration from all areas of life to try and teach/coach into these young men and women what it means to be a team.

Look no further!

Your spouse has been with you since the beginning.

Your spouse made a commitment to support you, listens to you about the good and bad.

Your spouse sits in the stands and hears every move you make second guessed.

Your spouse sees you get glorified in the media for just how great you are, while they get a token mention here and there.

They are your biggest fan and supporter.

They desire to see your name celebrated for your hard work and take great pride in that.

Your spouse handles all the day to day with your kids and most days…. never complains.

Your spouse just wants to be respected and loved and made to feel that they are part of the team.

Before you can be a great coach, you have to make sure that every part of your team is validated and supported.

I can’t think of a better example of a teammate than your spouse.
